Graduated with a BS in Wildlife Biology from Humboldt State University in 2010. I will be starting a MS in Science Education in June 2015.
Experience
I have tutored numerous subjects throughout high school and college, and worked for Grade Potential Tutoring in San Jose, CA. I scored a 5 on both my AP English and Environmental Science exams; and a 4 on AP Biology, AP US History, and AP US Government. In college I took many high level science and math courses including Statistics, Calculus, Biology, Zoology, Physics, and many specialized environmental and animal science classes. I truly enjoy cracking the puzzle of each student. I believe that everyone has the potential for academic improvement with the right customized study plan. Different study skills and methods work for different students, and as a tutor it is my main objective to find the best combination of practices for each student.
